TimeLord Help

TimeLord has a few menu options these are:

• File
• Edit
• Help

Each utility within TimeLord has it's own tab page within the main application, these are:

• Current Time - Gives all the information about the current time and time zone on the machine running TimeLord (this machine). It should be noted that this is Windows specific information.
• Time Zones - Gives time zone information about any time zone installed on this machine.
• BIOS Time Calculator - Calculates the time skew of a BIOS clock on an examined computer, this is irrespective of whether the clock is based on UTC or local time or whether the local time zone of the examined machine is different from the time zone of this machine.
• Time Difference Calculator - Calculates the difference between 2 to 4 times, this includes calculation between time zones.
• Time Decoder - Useful for reverse engineering, this tool allows an analyst to enter data found in files and decide whether it is a date within set boundaries. In addition, where an analyst knows that the value is a date it will decode the time to the maximum possible accuracy for that data type.
• Time Converter - not yet implemented
• Unix/Linux Time - not yet implemented
